The indicated prices are valid for 2 persons.
Any further person (maximum capacity 4 persons) costs 25 EUR per week.

Special offer in low season:  
When you stay 2 - 3 weeks, the rental price will be reduced by 20 EUR per week. 
If you stay at least 4 weeks, you will get a discount of 40 EUR per week. 
Please ask us for favourable terms for long term rent (more than 2 months).

Terms and conditions

The minimum duration of stay is one week. In exceptional cases, you can also rent the apartment for a shorter period (at least 3 days) by arrangement. 
Bed linen and 2 towels per person are provided. Final cleaning of the apartment costs 15 EUR. The rental rates comprise the amount for  electricity, water and heating.
In order to book this apartment, we ask you to pay per bank transfer a deposit of 25% (in low season) respectively 50% (in high season) of the total rental rate. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. If you cannot or do not want to travel to Tunisia, you have the right to send someone else instead of you at the agreed date. After receipt of the deposit payment we will send you a confirmation of reservation. The remaining amount has to be paid before your arrival via bank transfer. 
A security deposit of 40 EUR will be charged on arrival and retained in case you lose the key. If something has been damaged or heavily contaminated, the corresponding sum will be offset. Otherwise, the full amount will be refunded on departure.
Additional cleaning is possible on demand.
Regrettably, pets are not allowed.
